Written for the dedication of a renovated pipe organ at Dove of Peace Lutheran Church in Tucson, this anthem gives the organist plenty to do! The tune LASST UNS ERFREUEN is sent on a roller coaster of a ride, the phrases are (mostly!) in sequence but take place in a shifting harmonic environment which is unexpected and very exciting. Finally, the tune is heard in full in solid D major, making a perfect climax to this majestic and jubilant setting. Duration: 4:00
